It is rather intimidating writing your own blog after seeing some of the amazing, (Ihatethatword) witty ramblings out there. I am particularly partial to some of the food blogs out there. So, yes I am a chef and have been in the biz since 1985. I've worked in many 4 star restaurants. The Auberge Du Soleil in Napa was one of my favs. I ended my corporate career and branched out into catering. I am now a Private chef for a family here in Dallas.
